Will AI invent a brand-new transition for my video?

No. Sparki works from the transition set it can already render and places those between your existing shots — it does not generate new frames or bespoke animated effects. If a move you imagine would need generated footage, it says so instead of faking it.

Should every cut in a video have a transition?

No — most cuts are better clean. Dialogue, comedy and fast montage land hardest as hard cuts, and moves everywhere read as amateur. Sparki defaults to leaving working joins alone and concentrates the transitions where scenes, locations or energy actually change.

Can I change or remove a transition later?

Yes, one at a time or in groups. Ask for the wipe at 0:12 to become a dissolve, make every flash shorter, or strip the moves out of the tutorial section — each request touches only the joins named and leaves the rest of the edit as it is.

Do transitions work between clips of different sizes?

Yes. Mixed orientations and resolutions are normal in social edits, and a move placed across a join carries whatever sits on either side of it. If two shots differ so much that the transition looks broken, Sparki flags that join instead of placing one anyway.
